Dental implants Wroclaw – why do patients choose Stomo?
Implantology in our clinic combines modern technology with years of experience of the team, so that we offer a solution that is durable, functional and fully aesthetic.

- Durability for decades
- The titanium implant fuses to the bone, replacing the natural root and providing stability for 20+ years.
- Stability like your own tooth
- The implant does not move in the mouth and does not require glue.
- Natural look
- The zirconia crown replicates the color and translucency of the neighboring teeth – you can’t even see the difference up close.
- Bone protection
- The implant transfers the load to the alveolar process, preventing atrophy and collapse of the gums.
- Treatment without pain and stress
- We work under sedation and with 3D navigation, which reduces implantation time and minimizes discomfort after the procedure.
- Easy hygiene
- Brushing, flossing and an irrigator – no special pastes or rinses; the daily routine remains the same.
Dental implants – step by step from the first visit to the finished crown
The entire process is planned in advance and divided into six clear stages, so you know exactly what will happen and when.
Step I
Consultation + CBCT scan
A 30-minute meeting with an implantologist. We perform a 3D bone scan, discuss indications and prepare a preliminary cost estimate.
Step II
Digital treatment planning
Based on the CBCT and intraoral scans, we design the position of the implant in CAD/CAM software. This ensures that the procedure is precise and the risk of complications is minimal.
Step III
Implantation under anesthesia or sedation
The procedure usually takes 20-40 minutes. If there is too little bone, we perform bone regeneration (GBR or sinus lift) at the same time.
Step IV
Healing and temporary crown
The implant fuses with the bone for about three months. For this time, the patient is given an aesthetic crown or temporary prosthesis so that they can function normally.
Step V
Digital impression and aesthetic fitting
After integrating the implant, we expose the healing screw and perform an oral scan. During the fitting, we check the shape and color of the future crown.
Step VI
Embedding the definitive crown
We screw the finished zirconia or porcelain crown to the implant in one visit. You receive hygiene instruction and a schedule of follow-up visits every 6 months.
Digital implantology – modern technology for your safety
At Stomo, we combine clinical experience with advanced equipment to make each implant as precise as possible, with minimal discomfort for the patient.
Key elements of our digital workflow
- Low-dose CBCT tomography – Three-dimensional imaging of bone allows accurate assessment of bone density and thickness before surgery.
- CAD/CAM planning with 3D navigation – We design the position of the implant by computer, and a special surgical template transfers the plan to the operating room – precision to tenths of a millimeter.
- Intraoral scanner instead of traditional impressions – A digital scan of the mouth provides patient comfort and eliminates the risk of impression mass distortion.
- 3D printing of temporary crowns and templates – With an in-house 3D printer, the patient receives an aesthetically pleasing temporary crown or bridge the same day
- Sedation and modern local anesthesia – The implant procedure passes without pain and stress, and the recovery time is significantly shorter.

Do you have questions about which option will work best for you?
Everything you need to know about dental implants – (FAQ).
Below you will find answers to the questions patients ask most often before deciding on implant treatment.

-
Is the implant procedure painful?
No. We use effective local anesthesia and, if necessary, intravenous sedation. Patients most often compare the sensation to regular root canal treatment.
-
How long does implant treatment take?
The procedure itself for implanting a single implant takes about 20 – 40 minutes. Integration of the implant into the bone takes an average of 3 months, after which the final crown can be placed.
-
How long does the implant last?
With proper hygiene and regular follow-up visits, the implant can last 20 years or more. Long-term statistics show a success rate of > 95%.
-
Can everyone get an implant?
Eligibility is determined by CBCT scan and medical history. Relative contraindications include uncontrolled diabetes, chemotherapy or untreated osteoporosis. Age in itself is not a limitation.
-
What happens if the implant “doesn’t take”?
This situation is very rare (< 2% of cases). As part of the warranty, we reimplant the implant after the site has healed, at no additional cost to the patient.
-
Are implants more difficult to clean?
No – you brush them as you would your own teeth. We additionally recommend an irrigator or specialized floss to easily remove plaque around the implant neck area.
-
What is the cost of one implant with a crown?
Approximate range is PLN 3,600 – 4,200 (implant, abutment, zirconia crown). The exact cost depends on the type of implant, the abutment used and the material of the crown; we provide details after the CBCT examination.
